Today, I have decided to start my CR diary with good intentions. Today the weather warmed up so the fireplace will await tonight when it gets cold again. I opened up the windows at home and let the fresh air circulate in for a good start.
Exercise: I have had my physical December 2nd earlier this month and I am ready and okay to exercise. I had an email reminding me about pilates and that I should schedule in my exercise today. I have been remiss in exercising in the start of the day. Today I have completed my Level 1 workout on my AeroPilates machine and am feeling better, since now there is no guilt. It does help in feeling better about myself. Exercise and CR will help me loose weight and get my blood pressure back to normal. When I gain weight my blood pressure goes up. So that's a signal to exercise and loose the extra weight.
About our home: Bandit, Ragdoll feline with a mask markings over his eyes thus called Bandit, he is ever my pal this morning. Cruiser, Mackeral Tabby feline, he is freely roaming or cruising his domain of a couple acres we have. It is gated and as you drive in there is an olive grove of 12 trees and then there is a patch of grass on one side. Then the house with a four car garage. In the back behind two of the garages, there is a guest house. The acreage in the back is dotted with fruit trees, a potting/green house, a tool house, and at the very back corner in the rear a huge 11,000 steel gallon water tank with ozone for our well water. The well waters the entire property and provides water for the house.
Tools: Today, I had ordered some necessary items to aid me in CR. I found a EatSmart Digital Scale on Amazon.Com. It describes that it has 1000 found items and nutritional values broken down as I weigh my food. No guessing, since I could not guess the weight of food items. I contemplated on a written food journal to have in my purse or on the kitchen counter, Diet Minder...Journal. I also logged into the CRONoMeter for a better summary and weight tracking tool. In the summary of food I will use the following: p:c:f or protein, carb, fat according to my personal guide of what my goals are in the Cron-O-Meter. Also, I have ordered a fiber supplement, since that is what my body needs and will supplement with daily vitamins.
Food: I usually have tea all day. For lunch a salad of baby spinach, cranberries, walnuts, raspberry-walnut vinegret. Dinner will be a portion of Peek-a-bleu Chicken and rice. I am thinking of changing to brown rice for better digestion. I will check with SD to see if he would like to try it also.
